Return/Exchange Policy: We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on items provided they are unused, unworn, unaltered and in their original condition with all tags attached and proof of purchase within 10 days of receipt. Sale items, handbags, dressy wears, jewelry and all other accessories are FINAL SALE, so please shop carefully when ordering.
PLEASE NOTE - shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from flauntLA.com, contact us by sending an email to customerservice@flauntLA.com. All requests for a return/exchange must be made within 10 business days from the date of receipt. We will then email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns from the customer must be sent via UPS, registered mail or any other delivery service that can track your package. Upon return and receipt of the product, flauntLA.com will exchange or refund the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping. By receiving the RA#, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet return qualifications listed above.

Shipping Policy/Rates: All shipping is provided by UPS. The cost of shipping is dependant on the value of your purchase. FlauntLA.com is proud to present FREE GROUND SHIPPING on US orders of $200 or more. Please insure you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. We require a signature on all deliveries. Ground service usually takes 5-7 business days and express service usually takes 1-3 business days. We will not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped.
